Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for any personal or property damage sustained by you due to installation of any products and/or equipment. Any warranty, if any, does not cover any damages caused by installation or improper use. You expressly agree to indemnify and hold us and the product manufacturer harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities and expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the installation of any products and/or equipment purchased by you from us.
At this time, "LiftMaster" operators are intended to be installed solely by an authorized dealer. In the event you would like recommendations for authorized dealers in your area, please reach out to us, and we can assist you with identifying an authorized dealer.
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and MagneticLocks.net reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MagneticLocks.net will issue a refund to your credit card account or method of payment received in the amount of the charge.
You shall be responsible for the payment of any city, state or federal taxes, fees or charges which are imposed upon the purchase of products and/or equipment via an internet website such as the Site.
With respect to drop shipments, certain states in the United States require the payment of sales tax. In the event your order contains items that must be drop shipped from the manufacturer, another retailer, a supplier or a wholesaler, state sales tax may be incurred, and one of the Company's team members will contact you and inform you of any additional sales tax amount that may need to be collected prior to shipping and delivery.
The brands that are most affected by the drop shipping sales taxes include, without limitation, FAAC, Magnetic and Linear, particularly when items are being drop shipped to the following states: Florida, Ohio, California, Utah, Texas, West Virginia, New Mexico, Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts and Louisiana.
DELIVERY AND FREIGHT MATTERS:
Any delivery date stated in any purchase order, agreement or correspondence between you and the Company is the Company's best estimate and is based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information and payment from you. We make no guarantee of delivery by such date and shall have no liability or other obligation for failure to deliver on such date, regardless of cause, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Company shall have no liability or other obligation hereunder if our performance is delayed or prevented to any extent by any event beyond our control such as, but not limited to, any act of God, strike or work stoppage, fire, flood, accident, allocation or other controls of the Government authorities, shortage of transportation, fuel, material and labor, epidemics or lockdown orders.
Transfer of Risk
Delivery to you shall be F.O.B. our factory or warehouse. Title and risk to any product and/or equipment purchased from the Site will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. This risk includes but is not limited to damage, loss or deterioration of the product and/or equipment from any cause whatsoever. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to inspect ALL products and/or equipment for any freight damage or missing product/packages. In the event your purchased merchandise has been damaged in transit or you are missing the packages, do not accept the damaged goods, make note of the missing packages and contact us immediately. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damaged and/or defective goods. Failure to inspect your products and/or equipment shall result in a loss of protection.
Additional Freight Fees
Any products and/or equipment purchased by you, shipped to a residential location and weighing over 75 lbs. may incur an additional fee of Sixty Dollars ($60) by the trucking company. This fee will be charged to the customer if and when we are charged by the trucking company.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, some international orders get stopped and delayed by the customs agency in your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs delay, customs restrictions, customs fees, tariffs, or other customs regulation that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with your customs office before making a purchase from us.
Signature Required on Gate Operator Kits
Certain models of Gate Operator Kits are shipped via United Parcel Service ("UPS"). These models include the following: (i) LA400PKGUL, (ii) LA500PKGUL and (iii) LA412PKGUL. For the aforementioned gate operator kits, a signature by a person at least eighteen (18) years old shall be required. We shall provide you with the UPS tracking number in the event that you need to make alternate arrangements for your delivery.
The Company offers a full refund on all in-stock purchases. In order to receive a full refund, you must email the Company within thirty (30) days of receipt of your purchase and all products and/or equipment must be in new and resalable condition including all parts and the original packaging. You shall be solely responsible for all costs for any returns, including shipping fees and insurance charges. In the event the returned purchases are out-of-stock, then you shall also be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee, which shall be determined in the Company's sole discretion.
All returned purchases must be insured in an amount no less than the value of the products and/or equipment. Further, a return merchandise authorization number, which will be provided to you by the Company, shall be written on the return packaging.
